Kaiping New Town Master Plan Concept

This master planning of a new town was centered on providing up to date residential facilities together with creating new town centre and tourist destination to enable restoration of the historically important village of Kaiping near Guangzhou. The dilapidated waterfront properties with their unique façade design will be restored and re-modeled to contain all necessary tourist facilities, with the residents re-located in the adjacent new town, which will be directly connected with the historical centre.
