Concept master plan for a new town, adjacent to a large BYD car manufacturing facility. This extensive master plan covering both lower level areas and adjacent hills will form a new town with all necessary functions ranging form public buildings, hotels, hospital, retail streets and residential zones. The adjacent hills will be utilized for sport and leisure. Project is currently ongoing.
